Estes termos regem o uso do aplicativo Tabela IBGE (“Aplicativo”), disponibilizado por Rodrigo Franzoi Scroferneker. Ao instalar ou usar o Aplicativo, você concorda com estes termos e com a Política de privacidade.
1. O que é o Aplicativo
O Aplicativo é uma consulta offline da Tabela de Composição Nutricional dos Alimentos Consumidos no Brasil, elaborada pelo IBGE no âmbito da POF. Permite buscar alimentos, ver valores por 100 g, recalcular a porção em gramas e aproximar quantidades com medidas caseiras, em iPhone, iPad, Mac e Android, conforme a versão instalada.
2. Independência em relação ao IBGE
O Aplicativo não é oficial, não é endossado e não tem vínculo institucional com o Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) nem com a POF. Os nomes dos alimentos, preparações e valores técnicos reproduzem a tabela original na forma em que foi incorporada ao app. Erros de digitalização, atraso em relação a edições mais novas da tabela ou diferenças de arredondamento são possíveis.
3. Não é aconselhamento profissional
O conteúdo é informativo. Não substitui avaliação de nutricionista, médico ou outro profissional habilitado, nem constitui diagnóstico, prescrição ou plano alimentar. Decisões de saúde, dieta ou rotulagem são de sua responsabilidade e de profissionais que você consultar.
4. Licença de uso
Concedemos a você uma licença pessoal, revogável e intransferível para usar o Aplicativo no(s) dispositivo(s) em que foi legitimamente obtido (App Store, Mac App Store ou Google Play). Você não pode copiar, modificar, redistribuir, engenheirar de forma reversa o Aplicativo (salvo o que a lei permitir) nem explorar o app de modo que viole direitos de terceiros ou a lei.
5. Propriedade intelectual
A interface, o código e a organização do Aplicativo pertencem ao desenvolvedor. Os dados da tabela nutricional pertencem ao IBGE, nos termos da legislação e das condições de uso da fonte original. Marcas “IBGE” e correlatas são de seus respectivos titulares.
6. Compras e contas
O Aplicativo não oferece compras dentro do app nem cadastro de usuário.
7. Disponibilidade
O Aplicativo é oferecido “no estado em que se encontra”. Podemos corrigir falhas, alterar funções ou deixar de oferecer o produto, inclusive se lojas de aplicativos ou sistemas operacionais mudarem requisitos. A consulta da tabela não depende de nossos servidores; recursos de analytics e relatórios de falha, quando ativos, dependem de serviços de terceiros.
8. Limitação de responsabilidade
Na extensão máxima permitida pela lei brasileira, o desenvolvedor não responde por danos indiretos, lucros cessantes, perda de dados no aparelho ou decisões tomadas com base nos valores exibidos. A responsabilidade total, se houver, limita-se ao valor eventualmente pago pelo Aplicativo na loja (sendo o app gratuito, esse valor é zero), salvo dolo ou hipóteses em que a lei veda a limitação (por exemplo, direitos do consumidor quando aplicáveis).
9. Lojas de aplicativos
A Apple e o Google são terceiros em relação a estes termos. Regras de uso, reembolso e licença das lojas (incluindo o Contrato de Licença de Usuário Final da Apple, quando cabível) também se aplicam.
10. Lei aplicável
Estes termos são interpretados segundo as leis da República Federativa do Brasil. Fica eleito o foro do domicílio do desenvolvedor, salvo o foro privilegiado do consumidor quando a lei assim determinar.
11. Alterações
Podemos alterar estes termos. A data no topo indica a versão vigente. Se você não concordar, deixe de usar e desinstale o Aplicativo.

These terms govern use of the Tabela IBGE app (“App”), provided by Rodrigo Franzoi Scroferneker. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What the App is
The App is an offline lookup of the Nutritional Composition Table of Foods Consumed in Brazil, produced by IBGE under the POF. It lets you search foods, view values per 100 g, rescale portions in grams and approximate amounts with household measures on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, depending on the build you install.
2. No affiliation with IBGE
The App is not official, not endorsed by and not affiliated with the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) or the POF. Food names, preparations and technical values follow the original table as bundled in the App. Digitisation errors, lag behind newer table editions or rounding differences may occur.
3. Not professional advice
The content is informational. It is not a substitute for advice from a dietitian, physician or other qualified professional, and it is not a diagnosis, prescription or meal plan. Health, diet and labelling decisions remain yours and those of the professionals you consult.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices where you obtained it lawfully (App Store, Mac App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the App except as the law allows, or use it in a way that infringes third-party rights or the law.
5. Intellectual property
The App’s interface, code and organisation belong to the developer. Nutritional table data belongs to IBGE under the applicable law and the original source’s terms. “IBGE” and related marks belong to their owners.
6. Purchases and accounts
The App has no in-app purchases and no user registration.
7. Availability
The App is provided “as is”. We may fix bugs, change features or stop offering the product, including if app stores or operating systems change their requirements. Table lookup does not depend on our servers; analytics and crash reporting, when enabled, depend on third-party services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data on the device, or decisions based on displayed values. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the store (zero if the App is free), except for wilful misconduct or cases where the law forbids limitation (including consumer rights where they apply).
9. App stores
Apple and Google are third parties to these terms. Their store rules, refund policies and licence terms (including Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, where applicable) also apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Courts at the developer’s domicile have jurisdiction, except where consumer law grants a privileged venue.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
